"Lightning Fast Notary" is a commissioned notary public, which means that we are authorized by the state to perform notarial acts. We adhere to all of the state's guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all of our notarizations are legal and binding.

In addition to standard notarial acts such as acknowledgments and jurats, Lightning Fast Notary also specializes in more complex notarial acts such as loan signings, remote online notary services, and apostilles. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle any notarial act you may need.  

We are located in Montgomery, TX and open 24 hours a day to provide all your notary needs. We offer same day courier services and can handle your paperwork in the privacy of your home. Fees are based on the type of service you need.
